You may cancel your order only before the kitchen begins preparing it.

2.2 After Preparation Has Started

Once food preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Prepared food cannot be reused or resold for safety reasons.


3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

3.1 Incorrect Order

If you received the wrong item(s), we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund for the affected item(s)

3.2 Food Quality Issues

If there is a legitimate issue with food quality, we may offer:

  • A replacement dish

  • A refund for the affected item(s)

Photos may be requested for quality verification.

3.3 Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, we will:

  • Add them to your next order, or

  • Refund the missing item(s)

3.4 Delivery Problems

If a delivery partner fails to deliver due to their error, refund decisions are made jointly with the delivery platform.


4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Late collection by customer

  • Customer providing an incorrect delivery address

  • Customer not answering the door or phone

  • Items consumed fully or partially before reporting an issue

  • Spiciness level or subjective taste preferences


5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: 5โ€“7 business days

  • Cash refunds are not provided for online card payments

If the order was placed through:

  • Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo โ†’ refunds must follow their platform rules

  • We cannot override their policies

Please contact us within 45 minutes of receiving your order for us to assist promptly.

Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Phone number or email

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

7. Replacements

Replacement items may be offered instead of refunds if:

  • The issue is reported correctly

  • The customer is within our delivery radius

  • The restaurant is still open and able to deliver
